How do I get to the hospital?

Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center is located just west off Highway 49 on the east edge of Elgin, ND.  Please note that the entrance to the hospital is on the west side of the hospital while the entrance to the clinic is located in the lower parking lot on the east side of the hospital.            

If travelling on Interstate, take exit 110 to Glen Ullin and curve south around the town to the Highway 49 junction, then follow the highway south to Elgin.          

If travelling on Highway 21, turn north at the Highway 49 junction on the east edge of Elgin and turn west at the Hospital sign.
